A Seed Has Been Planted...Thanks Lord!

The ministry of George Muller among the orphans of Bristol, England was such a remarkable testimony of the Lord's provision for the orphanage. George Muller has committed to rely upon the Lord for the sustenance of the orphans based upon His Word. And truly, the Lord has shown Himself faithful amidst the trying times of the orphanage and it carried on His glory in the ministry.

The Lord never forsakes His children. May it be in circumstances that appear otherwise, He carries on His work in the lives of His children with infinite wisdom to accomplish His purposes. Based on His perfect attributes and being, we rely that whatever comes betide, all things work together for good to them that loves Him, to them who are called according to His purpose. On this fact, we trust Him to work amongst His children. 

Truly, the Lord is great! Recently, we received the first monetary donation outside of this ministry to be an ally in helping local missionaries in the Philippines. The donation has been sent for Mountainview Baptist Church in Kalinga, Apayao under Pastor Jovito Garcia in which the proceeds is for the purchase of a church lot. The church has been praying for Php 250,000 ($5,500 to 6,000) for such. May the Lord flourish this seed money not only for the purchase of this church's lot but to the flourishing of the people and the furtherance of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ which is the ultimate end of all we do to the praise and glory of Christ! Sidetracked!...Praise God, He pulls His sheep BACK with His staff!

     Sidetracked! Truly the journey is full of right and left decisions. How about crossroads? Yes, it is! If the Lord forsakes His children, the wilderness will be a true welcome for this traveler. Yet, He have not forsaken even one bit. God is truly good all the time!

     Looking into the pages of this ministry blog site, years passed already. The original vision for the building is far from what it is becoming.  As of now anyway, and who knows what the Lord will do! And if it is in another direction, let it be for God works all things for good!

     Yes, the building is starting to take shape into a different plan. Two units are in place in the second floor. It is envisioned as a transient or rental place. One unit will be allotted as a Prophet's Chamber for Missionaries.  The other unit will be a transient or rental place as the Lord directs the need. Income from which will be for the support of local missionaries in the Philippines.

     The two units are called "Grace and Mercy." Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 Kitchenette, Living Room area similar to condo or standard hotel units.  

     God be praised for what has been accomplished! Coveting your prayers and partnership for the following project needs to be fulfilled in God's time! 1. Water tanks 2. Occupancy Permit 3. Unit Love - full bath, kitchen sink and cabinet, windows, doors, paint 4. Balcony Area on left side with stairs to third floor 5. Lower level laundry area 6. Outside finishing 7. for full completion of building structure 8. Tenants who would be touched by the gospel 9. Missionaries to be served...

Heavenly Country Seekers Ministries

Heavenly Country Seekers Ministries have emanated from a call of investing our selves in the Great Commission commanded by the Lord Jesus. Having seen the futility of aspiring worldly ambitions, the higher call of being a servant to the Lord Jesus who have first love us is the innate motivation of the ministries. In response to that Great Love of our Lord Jesus who gave Himself up to die in the cross of calvary, was buried and rose up again to pay our sin debt, we have freely given ourselves to Him. Not because of any merit of our own, rather that these ministries are His own and we will gladly be used for His glory and honor all alone.

As of January of 2009, the ministry have embarked on building by faith a five storey building at Padre Burgos St., Baguio City, Philippines. The envisioned building will have a small auditorium, missionaries' haven, library, classrooms, and board and lodging areas. This five storey building is envisioned to be a means of generating income that will provide support to local Philippines missionaries. Some of these local Philippines missionaries are being supported currently and will take on additional missionaries as God leads. The building will also cater to visiting missionaries as a free haven for them and their family. The free use of the library is open to the public as a means to attract them to the site for evangelization. It will also be a venue for evangelization, preaching and discipleship. And as God directs, it will be utilized as a church venue as well.

As of now, money is scarce based on the prevailing dollar rate, but we believe that in God's hands, the little money resources available will accomplish much.
